Ratomir Dujkovic accused Slovakian referee Michel Lubos of bias as Ghana's World Cup adventure came to an end.

The African nation's Serbian coach saw his side go down 3-0 to Brazil after spending the second half of their second-round clash in the stand.

Dujkovic was sent off after approaching the referee at half time to express his dismay at the standard of officiating.

"I told him it would be better for us if a he put a yellow jersey (Brazil's colours) on," Dujkovic said.

"Brazil are unbeatable - and untouchable.

"I have never been sent off in my life and it hurts.

"But I suppose there has to be a first time for everything."

Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira had little sympathy for his counterpart.

He said: "That is what losers do, they whinge and they cry."

Ronaldo opened the scoring in the fifth minute and in the process broke Gerd Muller's record of 14 goals in World Cup finals.

With three goals in two games, the Real Madrid striker is showing some form.

Parreira is convinced there is more to come from one of the game's most enigmatic players.

He said: "Ronaldo deserves to be right up there at the top of the game's history.

"He is a special player and setting a World Cup record is a marvellous achievement.

"Hopefully this will give him the confidence to go on and score more goals.

"Certainly, he has been a key player for us in recent games for us and that is good to see."

Adriano extended Brazil's lead in first half stoppage-time and Ze Roberto sealed their place in the quarter-finals with a goal six minutes from time.

Ghana were stretched following Asamoah Gyan's sending off but Parreira admitted: "The scoreline flattered us.

"It was not an easy game and Ghana showed they are a good team.

"We lacked a bit of co-ordination and tried to hurry the ball along too much.

"But we did show a lot of character and have secured our place in the quarter-finals, which is the most important thing."

Dujkovic said: "I am very proud of my players as they gave me everything.

"The future is bright for Ghana, even though we have gone out of the World Cup."

Ronaldo said he was thrilled at breaking Muller's record.

He stated: "I am very happy because Brazil won and scored a lot of goals. I hope we can continue like this.

"It was never my main goal (to break the record). It just happened.

"I am very happy for having overtaken a record that has remained for seven World Cups."
