The Czech Republic are likely to have key strikers Milan Baros and Jan Koller available for their crucial Group E clash against Italy on Thursday.
Baros, who plays his club football for Aston Villa, has yet to feature in Germany after sustaining a foot injury prior to the tournament while Koller, who recently joined Monaco from Borussia Dortmund, injured a thigh in the Czech's opening game against the USA.
Koller missed the shock defeat to Ghana on Saturday but is set to return for a match the Czechs need to win to guarantee a place in the next stage.
"Except those who are suspended, I will have all my 21 players included in the squad," said coach Karel Bruckner.
"Koller will be in the squad."
Bruckner will decide after tomorrow's training session whether Euro 2004 top scorer Baros will start against the Azzurri.
"We will have to see his condition during practise before making a decision," he added.
Bruckner is confident his team can bounce back from their 2-0 loss to Ghana following their impressive 3-0 triumph against the USA in their tournament opener.
"We have spent 95% of the time preparing for our clash against Italy," he said.
"We have spoken very little about the game against Ghana."
Bruckner believes the key to succeeding will be for his team to keep a clean sheet against current group leaders Italy.
"If you need to win, you cannot concede goals," he said.
"We have seen this in this tournament, the top teams have hardly given away goals.
"We failed against Ghana and we must make sure we succeed against Italy."
Although a win would definitely secure a place in the knockout phase for Bruckner's men, a draw may be enough for both teams depending on the result of the match between the US and Ghana.
"All four teams in the group have the same chances to qualify," said Bruckner.
"We must go out for the victory, there's no other way.
"Of course, we will be informed of the result of the other game just like the rest of the teams, but I will decide whether to tell my players or not depending on how our game unfolds.
"I never feel stress and I try to make sure that my players don't feel it either."
Bruckner expects Juventus playmaker Pavel Nedved to come up with the goods.
"He is our leader," he said.
"His work on the pitch is perfect and he can take many players on during the game."
The Czechs will be without forward Vratislav Lokvenc and Fiorentina defender Tomas Ujfalusi through suspension.
