Ecuador have been one of the most adventurous sides at the World Cup so far and striker Carlos Tenorio has promised it will continue with hosts Germany next up.
The South Americans qualified for the second round of the competition for the first time in their history with a 3-0 triumph against Costa Rica.
Luis Suarez's men take on Germany in their last Group A clash on Tuesday with the top spot - and a game against the second-placed team in England's Group B - up for grabs.
"We are not going to change our style of football," warned Tenorio.
"We will continue to play an attacking game regardless of the rivals we face next.
"Our two victories achieved so far will no doubt give us a morale boost in confidence but we are going to keep our feet firmly on the ground."
Ecuador, who are playing in their second World Cup finals, raised eyebrows with a 2-0 win over Poland in their opener before hammering Costa Rica.
"Not many people in our country believed that we could progress to the second round," he said.
"So this win is dedicated to them, and to those who have faith in us."
The Al Sadd forward, who has scored two goals so far in the tournament, believes his best is yet to come.
"I am very happy with the way things are going for me so far," he said.
"I have prepared very hard for this tournament, knowing that this opportunity only comes once in a lifetime and that is why I'm trying to make the most of it."
His team has yet to concede a goal in the tournament but Germany will put them to the test with first place in the group at stake.
"Not to be considered favourites is a good thing for us," he said.
"We don't have an added pressure as Germany have to beat us.
"Of course, our aim is to win as many games as possible."
