Position: Defender
Born: 02.04.83
Club: Strasbourg

Arthur Boka is a product of Jean-Marc Guillou's ASEC Abidjan academy system and he, like many of his team-mates, arrived in France via Belgium.

He played for Beveren from 2002 until 2004, helping them to a Belgian Cup final is his second season, which they lost 4-2 to Club Brugge.

Since joining Strasbourg he has established himself as an automatic choice for both club and country, and was part of the 2005 French League Cup winning side.

The diminuitive left-back also played in all but the irrelevant group match with Egypt in the Ivory Coast's run to the final of the African Nations Cup in 2006.
