Dirk Kuijt has long been linked with the Premiership's top clubs and, when you look at the powerful strikers scoring exploits in Holland, it's easy to see why.

Born in Katwijk, Kuijt started out at FC Utrecht in the 1998/99 season and joined Feyenoord in the summer of 2003.

He has scored goals consistently since joining Feyenoord, and the 6ft marksman was top scorer in the Eredivisie in 2005.

Kuijt is an aerial threat and a clinical finisher and will be looking to put himself in the shop window at the World Cup.
