Paraguay coach Anibal Ruiz has confirmed that Aldo Bobadilla and Jorge Nunez will start against Sweden in Berlin on Thursday.

Goalkeeper Bobadilla will replace Justo Villar, who was injured after just eight minutes in the 1-0 opening defeat to England, while left back Nunez will replace Delio Toledo.

Ruiz's decision comes after Paraguay held a 35-minute mini-game in training at their Oberhaching base.

The starting eleven will read: Aldo Bobadilla; Denis Caniza, Julio Cesar Caceres, Carlos Gamarra, Jorge Nunez;

Roberto Acuna, Cristian Riveros, Carlos Bonet; Carlos Humberto Paredes; Roque Santa Cruz and Nelson Haedo Valdez.
