Mohammed Al Anbar has just turned 21 and has been another to benefit from the purging of some of the older players from the Saudi Arabian team.

He played only once in qualification, but certainly played a crucial part, scoring the only goal in the nail-biting away win at 2002 semi-finalists South Korea.

He has acquired useful international experience playing for his club side Al Hilal in the Asian Champions League and in this year's competition has one goal in one start.

He started the year as a reserve for club and country but is rapidly pushing for a regular starting spot. One to watch.
