One of Europe's most highly-rated young goalkeepers, Lukasz Fabianski has already been linked with Manchester United despite still being just 21.

With Artur Boruc and Jerzy Dudek having shared goalkeeping duties in qualifying, Fabianski didn't get a look-in but his form for Legia Warsaw, plus the fact he is sure to be Poland's long-term No 1, seems to have convinced Pawel Janas to take him to Germany.

With all the attributes a top-class keeper needs - in particular dominance of his area, great reflexes and good distribution - Fabianski looks destined for big things at club level and will surely do likewise with Poland when his chance finally comes.
