As goalkeeper for Tehran club Pas, Hassan Roudbarian won the Iranian league title in 2004 but has so far been unable to break into the national side on an extended basis.

With Ebrahim Mirzapour firmly ensconced in the No 1 shirt and Vahid Taleblou his most likely understudy, Roudbarian is likely to be third choice this summer and as such will find his chances limited.

A member of the 2004 Asian Cup squad that finished third in China, Roudbarian made his international debut against Costa Rica recently.
