Xavier Maragairaz is another of Switzerland's hot prospects, even if he looks likely to see little playing action this time around.

Although he is just 22, Maragairaz is already described as the "motor" of the FC Zurich side, who managed to snatch the Swiss Super League in the last minute of this season from Basle.

Tipped to be the driving force of future Switzerland sides, Maragairaz only featured briefly in one of his country's World Cup qualifiers and will use this summer's showpiece event as part of his learning curve.
