Now 30, the hard-working forward busts a gut chasing what others would regard as lost causes as well as making extra runs and pressurising defenders and goalkeepers.

Lustrinelli will not be in Switzerland's starting line-up but he offers Kobi Kuhn something different from off the bench when the need arises.

Now playing for Sparta Prague, Lustrinelli does have Champions League experience having featured for FC Thun in their debut campaign this season.
