Something of a surprise selection in place of Siaka Tiene given the St Etienne man played five times in qualifying, Abdoul Kader Keita was one of the stars of the African Nations Cup in Mali four years ago.

Tricky and pacy, the 24-year-old has struggled to realise the potential he showed in 2002 but got his big break last summer with a move to Lille.

Frustratingly inconsistent, Keita is the least established of the strikers under Henri Michel - he did not feature in qualifying - but is the sort of player who could come in handy against tiring defences late in the day.
