Jose Porras has established himself as the undisputed No 1 in the Costa Rican national team.

He is now enjoying the best spell of his career having eventually come out of the shadows of Erick Lonnis.

The well-travelled shot-stopper won the CONCACAF Champions Cup with Deportivo Saprissa this year and has represented his country right through from youth to senior level.

After helping Costa Rica qualify for the World Cup, Porras will have to be on top form if they are to progress past the group stages.
