A veteran of the 2002 competition in which he played in all three of Tunisia's matches, Ziad Jaziri formed a feared partnership with Ali Zitouni back then.

And both players appeared five times in qualifying this time around, scoring one goal apiece, but only Jaziri has made it on the plane to Germany with Zitouni omitted from the final squad by Roger Lemerre.

Now 27, Jaziri played a key role in Tunisia's famous African Nations Cup triumph two years ago with goals against Rwanda and Morocco, the latter the winner in the final, and his experience of major tournaments will do him no end of good going into this summer's Finals.

Currently playing his club football in Ligue 1 with Troyes, Jaziri lists ES Sahel and Turkish side Gaziantepspor among his former clubs.
