Nicknamed 'Dino', Jan Koller is one of Europe's most fearsome forwards but it's questionable whether his recent injury troubles will affect his displays at the World Cup.
His appearance in Germany was a major doubt after the Borussia Dortmund hitman tore his cruciate knee ligaments in a Bundesliga match in September, forcing him to miss the majority of the season.
But he made his comeback in May and that came as a great relief to his country because not only do Karel Bruckner's side rely on the beanpole striker's goals but also on his imposing presence inside the box.
Koller's colossus frame can be almost impossible for defenders to handle and allows his fast strike partner Milan Baros to find the space in which to shoot.
Before his injury Koller had notched up an astonishing 40 goals in 66 international games, had also found the net nine times in just eight World Cup qualifiers and was arguably in the form of his life.
Standing at 6ft 7in, Koller towers over everyone on the field of play but he is not only a ruthless threat in the air - his touch is tremendous and with deceptive speed on his side, he's more than capable of playing slide-rule balls through to his strike partners.
It would have been a huge shame for Koller to miss out on terrorising the world's best defences, but now he's back and ready to roar.
